' A day in the life of the Eiffel Tower' by Elodie (Bumblebee Class)

Once upon a Christmas I visited the Eiffel Tower with Mummy and Daddy. It was the biggest thing I'd ever seen! We stood underneath it and looked right up through the middle. It was like a rocket about to blast off. We went to the top. It was so windy. We could see all of Paris. We took some selfies which was fun! If I dropped my glove would I ever see it again? I did not try! It was the best French day ever.

'A Day in the Life of a Laptop' by Mrs Hayes

I am turned on early in the morning when the world is peaceful and quiet. I start to warm up and hum as I work hard to make the teacher happy.
Oh no! Now she's shouting at me for not working properly! I do wish she'd stop jabbing her fingers at my keys.
Colours flash across my screen and sound comes out of my speakers, making the learning exciting and fun for the children.
Lunchtime comes and all is quiet again. The teacher's head is resting on my keys as she has a quiet prayer for a lovely afternoon.

A name is pulled out of the box and before you know it I’m whisked off to class and my weekend adventure begins…

'A Dog's Life' by Mrs France

My dogs wake up each morning and get very excited to see everyone in the house when they come down for breakfast. When they go out in the garden they race around chasing each other and playing. They look sad when we leave for school but have each other to keep company. One of their favourite times is when we all come home and take them for a walk or play with them in the garden. But the best time is when they curl up on the sofa with me in the evening and cuddle. I cannot think of a better way to live always being happy to see you and getting to play all day.

I had my breakfast, Mum made sure my breakfast bowl was full of my favourite food. Once finished I went out for a lovely morning playing in my garden, I especially enjoyed chasing my little sister. When I was tired I came home for a little nap. After a wash, my Mum thought it would be fun to play some games with me. Later in the afternoon I decided to take a walk to visit some friends. Once the sun came down I returned home for some tea.
It's a hard life being a cat........!
